Welcome
We aim to provide a high standard of care for all of our patients. This web site will inform you how to make the most of the many services at the health centre. We hope you will find it useful. Please take time to read our patients practice charter

Appointments
Please inform the receptionist when you arrive for your appointment. Remember to cancel any appointment that you cannot attend.Emergency calls are dealt with by the normal practice of assessing the priority and responding accordingly. Appointment can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.By ringing the surgery, calling in at the sugery or using the Internet booking service.  Please register at reception for the internet service, you will need 2 forms of identification one being photographic.

We are now offering both late night and early morning appointment one evening and one morning per week. These will be pre-booked appointments only.

Confidentiality
All our staff are governed by a confidentiality policy and no information contained in your medical records will be revealed to anyone outside of the primary health care team without your permission.

Suggestions & complaints
If any patient has any complaints or constructive criticism of the service we offer, please contact the practice manager who will investigate and try to resolve the matter.

Disabled access
Parking is available for disabled patients and all areas of the health centre are accessible by wheelchair. Disabled toilet facilities are also available
