PATIENT REFERENCE GROUP The practice now has a Patient Reference Group which at present consists of approximately 45 members. The group will be involved and informed of any major changes that the practice may wish to make and will be asked for the opinion and agreement of the changes. I have recently worked closely with the group to put together a survey questionnaire and would like to take this opportunity to thank the members for their help. please see the survey information below. PATIENT SURVEY The practice will be running a patient survey throughout the month of November. The results of the survey will identify areas within the practice that may need improving and to make possible changes to improve are standards. We would encourage as many patients as possible to take part in our survey and would therefore appreciate it if you would complete the questionnaire when visiting or passing the practice or email me on the above email address for an electronic copy of the questionairre to be completed and returned.
