Routine Appointments
Routine appointments are pre-bookable up to 6 weeks in advance with a small number of appointments released on the day.
There are three ways to make a routine appointment with the doctor
- By Telephone 0121 355 5150
- In person at Reception
- Internet Access
Internet Access is proving to be very popular with our patients. If you would like to avoid the early morning rush to the telephone why not make or cancel your appointment on-line.
If you have access to the internet please register in person at reception providing 2 forms of identification one being photographic. You will then be issued with the details to register for on-line booking.

Urgent Appointments
If you need to be seen URGENTLY and cannot wait for the next available appointment, please tell the receptionist who will arrange for you to be seen as soon as possible, but it may not be with the doctor of your choice. Please ensure that if you have booked an URGENT appointment it is for an URGENT problem that cannot wait as it may stop someone getting an appointment that really needs to be seen URGENTLY. If you wish to speak to a Doctor, please tell the receptionist who can arrange this.
