Test results may only be obtained by the patient, parent or guardian. Please telephone between 11.00am and 3.00pm

Repeat prescriptions

Patients on regular medication do not always need to see a doctor for a repeat of their medicines. You will be issued with a computer slip attached to your prescriptions. This should be returned to the health centre when you need further medication, after ticking the items that you require, or you may fill in a prescription request form at reception. We request 48 hours notice for a repeat prescription to be prepared.

Prescriptions can be collected from reception on weekdays, or we can post them to you if you include a stamped addressed envelope (please allow for delays in the post)  or you can order "on-line" using the request form below.
