see all families with children under five for advice and child health
screening. They also offer health advice and run
health promotion clinics.

registered general nurses who have received additional training
in community care. Their roles include assessing patients' needs
in their homes, checking patients after hospital discharge, giving
professional nursing care and advice, and health education in the
community.
